Course Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups frozen (or fresh) mango thawed
  • 3 cashew nuts
  • 1-2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth and serve
  • Will keep 4-5 days in the fridge
