Course Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, mix to combine.
  • Add more water if the dressing is too thick for what you need to use it for.
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
