Healthy sweet chilli corn fritters

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Healthy Corn and Sweet Chili Fritters are a delectable and nutritious twist on the classic fritter. These fritters are made with fresh corn kernels, which provide a natural sweetness and a satisfying crunch. To boost their health quotient, we have used whole wheat flour as the base, along with a combination of spices to enhance the flavour. The secret to their delightful kick comes from the sweet chilli sauce, which not only adds a burst of spiciness but also balances the sweetness of the corn perfectly.

The fritters are a wonderful option for those looking for a healthier alternative to deep-fried snacks. They are easily pan-fried with no oil until they become golden brown and crispy. The corn adds dietary fibre and essential nutrients, while the sweet chilli sauce imparts a delightfully tangy and spicy flavour. These fritters are not only a great way to enjoy a savoury snack or a hearty breakfast with tofu scramble and roasted tomatoes.

What sets Healthy Corn and Sweet Chili Fritters apart is their ability to cater to various dietary preferences. This versatility, combined with their mouthwatering taste, makes them an excellent choice for anyone seeking a flavorful, health-conscious snack or meal option.

Background experience is in Account Management and Web Development but as my passion has grown for WFPB so has my desire to speak out.
