Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups green peas fresh or frozen
  • 3 large potatoes diced
  • 1 brown onion diced
  • 4 cups vegetable stock (broth)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme and rosemary
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion and garlic in a pot with vegetable stock until soft.
  • Add potatoes and stock, bring to a boil.
  • Add peas and herbs, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth and season with pepper.
