Air-Fried Cauliflower Bites

- 1 head fresh cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground mustard
- ½ tsp mixed Ialian herbs
- 1 tsp wholegrain crumb
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp soy buttermilk see recipe
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large silicon bag or large bowl place.
- Gently shake the silicon bag or stir through the ingredients in the large bowl until the cauliflower is completely coated
- Preheat the airfryer to 200℃ (400℉)
- Move the coated cauliflower into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, tossing often.
- Serve immediately with Sweet Chilli Sauce or your favourite dipping sauce.
