Air-Fried Cauliflower Bites

These are a deliciously crispy and healthy snack or side dish, featuring perfectly seasoned cauliflower florets tossed in a light coating and air-fried to golden perfection. These bites offer a satisfying crunch without the oil, making them a guilt-free indulgence.
Ideal for dipping in your favorite sauce or enjoying on their own, these flavorful cauliflower bites are a fantastic way to enjoy a nutritious, plant-based treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head fresh cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp mixed Ialian herbs
  • 1 tsp wholegrain crumb
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy buttermilk see recipe

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a large silicon bag or large bowl place.
  • Gently shake the silicon bag or stir through the ingredients in the large bowl until the cauliflower is completely coated
  • Preheat the airfryer to 200℃ (400℉)
  • Move the coated cauliflower into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, tossing often.
  • Serve immediately with Sweet Chilli Sauce or your favourite dipping sauce.
