Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans no salt corn drained
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup cornmeal with one cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place the drained corn in a blender with 2 tbsp water, lemon juice, nutritional yeast and garlic powder. Blend until smooth
  • In a pot add the blended corn mix and the cornmeal dissolved in one cup of water. Stir until it thickens, remove from heat and allow to cool before adding it to a sealed container. Last for three to five days in the fridge.
