No Dairy Mango Lassi

A luscious, uplifting drink that combines creamy smoothness with the bright, sunny sweetness of mango for a satisfying yet wholesome indulgence. Made entirely without dairy, it’s gentle on the digestive system and perfect for those who are lactose-intolerant or following a plant-based lifestyle.

Packed with vibrant mango, it delivers an abundance of vitamin A to support healthy vision and glowing skin, along with a generous boost of vitamin C to keep your immune system strong and resilient. Naturally sweetened with soft, tender dates, this lassi avoids refined sugars while providing a rich source of dietary fibre, aiding healthy digestion and sustained energy release. Dates also supply essential minerals such as potassium and magnesium, which help support heart health and muscle function.

The plant-based milk base offers a silky texture while contributing added nutrients—many varieties are fortified with calcium, vitamin D, and B12, supporting bone strength and overall vitality. The subtle touch of vanilla rounds out the flavours with a fragrant warmth, making each sip feel comforting and indulgent. When enjoyed chilled, it’s not only incredibly refreshing but also a natural way to recharge and uplift the senses.

Whether served as a breakfast energiser, a midday pick-me-up, or a light dessert alternative, this No Dairy Mango Lassi is a nourishing treat for both body and soul—blending tropical pleasure with real, health-boosting goodness

Background experience is in Account Management and Web Development but as my passion has grown for WFPB so has my desire to speak out.
