- 1 Juicer This juicer is ideal as it seperates out the pulp and juice into seperate containers which is easier to maintain.
Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 1 large pineapple remove outer skin before juicing
- ½ cup fresh ginger
- 4 lemons
- 1 tsp gound black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh turmeric
Instructions
- Cut all ingredients into small pieces for the juicer.
- I first juiced the pineapple and then stored the pulp for the cream cheese recipe
- I then juiced all other ingredients
- Stir through to make sure all is combined.
- Pour into small shot bottles with lids (purchased mine from Kmart).
- Refrigerate until use. We had one each morning with breakfast.
