Roasted Pear:
Ripe pears are a treasure trove of nutrients, offering fibre for gut health, antioxidants for cell protection, and essential vitamins like vitamins C and K. Pears support digestion, aid in weight management, and promote overall immunity and heart health.

Maple Syrup:
An emblem of natural sweetness and depth, maple syrup enhances flavours and delivers essential minerals like manganese and zinc. It also serves as a source of antioxidants, supports immune function, and contributes to healthy skin and hair.

Lemon Juice:
A splash of lemon juice adds a burst of tangy freshness to the dish. Rich in vitamin C, lemon juice boosts immunity, aids in digestion, and may even promote clearer skin and detoxification.

Vanilla Bean:
With its delicate and comforting essence, vanilla bean enriches the dish with its soothing aroma and flavour. Vanilla contains antioxidants, may reduce stress and anxiety, and could have anti-inflammatory properties.

Ground Cardamom:
Ground cardamom contributes an exotic and aromatic touch, elevating the flavours with its nuanced spice profile. Cardamom is known for its digestive benefits, antioxidant properties, and potential to improve oral health.

Indulge in the symphony of flavours as the maple syrup caramelizes to perfection, the vanilla bean infuses its essence, the cardamom adds a hint of mystery, and the pears soften into caramelized perfection.
