Whole Wheat Toasties

Very quick lunch or dinner, get inventive with the ingredients. There is no need for cheese or butter, yet still incredibly delicious.

- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 tomato sliced
- handful baby spinach
- ½ red onion sliced
- 2 slices pineapple dry with paper towels
- sprinkle mixed herbs
- hummus
- chutney
Starting with hummus cover the bread, then add chutney, followed by spinach.
Add all other ingredients.
Place the sandwiches into your sandwich press for 8 mins.
Remove, slice in half diagonally and enjoy while still warm.
