Tremendous Tabbouleh offers a delicious and authentic Lebanese tabbouleh recipe that’s simple, fresh, and packed with vibrant flavors. This versatile dish combines finely chopped parsley, fresh vegetables, bulgur, and a zesty lemon dressing, making it perfect as a salad, side dish, or refreshing main.

- ½ cup bulgar
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 cup tomato diced
- 3 bunches curly parsley finely chopped
- ⅓ cup mint finely chopped
- ⅓ cup spring onion finely sliced
- ½ cup red capsicum (bell pepper) diced
- ½ lemon juice only
- 1 clove garlic minced
Soak the bulgur as per packet directions. Drain and set aside to cool
Combine the cucumber and tomato in a medium bowl. Stir, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add the parsley, mint, spring onion and capsicum to a separate bowl and mix them through.
Drain the cucumber and tomato, then add them to the other ingredients, along with the garlic.
Squeeze on the lemon, taste it, and add more if necessary.
