Ingredients
  

Apricot Almond Bliss Balls

  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Date Bliss Balls

  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Apricot Almond Bliss Balls

  • place almonds into a blender and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • Add all other ingredients and pulse until chopped.
  • Using a tablespoon, make balls from the mixture

Date Bliss Balls

  • Place walnuts into a blender and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • Add all other ingredients and pulse until sticky
  • Using a tablespoon make balls from the mixture
  • Place in fridge to cool for one hour before serving.
