Pineapple Strawberry and Mango Sorbet

A refreshing and tropical frozen dessert, Pineapple Strawberry Mango Sorbet combines the natural sweetness of ripe mangoes, vibrant strawberries, and tangy pineapple to create a flavourful, fruity treat that’s both delicious and nutritious. Perfect for cooling off on warm days!
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 3 cups frozen mango
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Freeze in a large container until ready to serve.
Note: if it's too hard straight out of the freezer, then let it sit for around 5 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
