No Bake Dates Raisins and Oat Slice

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup standard pitted dates
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water
  • cups rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsalted raw almonds optional

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blend the dates and raisins until they are broken down.
  • Next, add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and water, and blend until combined.
  • Finally, add all other ingredients and blend until well combined.
  • Press the mix into a silicon loaf pan (or a lined load pan). Place pan in the freezer to set. Once set remove from pan and slice to serve or slice when you want a snack keeping the rest of the slice in the fridge or freezer in an air tight container..
