Fudgy No-Bake Brownies

- 1 cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup dates pitted
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Place the walnuts and dates into a food processor and blend until finely ground. 
- Add almond butter and process until well mixed before adding the cocoa. 
- Transfer the mix to a square baking pan lined with baking paper. Use your fingers to press the mix evenly into the pan. 
- Sprinkle with crushed walnuts, pressing them into the mix slightly.  
- Cover and place into the fridge for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
