Date Caramel Sauce

A naturally sweet, creamy sauce made from blended dates—perfect for drizzling over your favorite dessert, dipping with fresh fruit, or spreading on whole food cakes. This wholesome caramel adds a rich, indulgent flavor with no refined sugar and all the goodness of nature's candy!
- 1 cup medjool dates halved
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup maple syrup optional
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Place dates into a bowl and cover with hot water, allow to sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Drain the dates and place into a blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
