A rich and comforting hot chocolate made with creamy soy milk, smooth cocoa powder, pure maple syrup, and a splash of vanilla essence. This Barclay family favourite is warm, velvety, and naturally sweetened, delivering a cosy, nostalgic cup that feels both indulgent and wholesome.
- 1 cup soy milk or plant milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients into a pot.
Heat at medium heat, whisking to remove lumps.
Serve and enjoy.
