Apricot Almond Bliss Balls
- ½ cup raw almonds
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Date Bliss Balls
- 2 cups raw walnuts
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups dates
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Apricot Almond Bliss Balls
- Place almonds into a blender and pulse until roughly chopped    
- Add all other ingredients and pulse until chopped. 
- Using a tablespoon, make balls from the mixture.  
- Place into the fridge to cool for at least one hour before serving. 
Date Bliss Balls
- Place walnuts into a blender and pulse until roughly chopped. 
- Add all other ingredients and pulse until sticky. 
- Using a tablespoon make balls from the mixture.  
- Place into the fridge to cool for at least one hour before serving.
