Experience a guilt-free twist on a classic indulgence with our Air Fried Banana Split. This healthier take on the beloved dessert features luscious ripe bananas air-fried to golden perfection, topped with a scoop of cashew cream, a drizzle of maple syrup, and chunks of fresh fruit or a sprinkle of nuts. Savor the sweet satisfaction without the guilt!
- 2 semi-ripe bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Before you skin the bananas, place them on a chopping board and using a sharp knife, slice them lengthways. Now peel the bananas 
- Preheat the pressure cooker to 200℃ (400℉).  Air Fry the bananas for 5-7 minutes.  
- Serve with your choice of fresh in-season fruit and a large dollop of cardamon cashew cream.
