  • 2 semi-ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Before you skin the bananas, place them on a chopping board and using a sharp knife, slice them lengthways. Now peel the bananas
  • Preheat the pressure cooker to 200℃ (400℉). Air Fry the bananas for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve with your choice of fresh in-season fruit and a large dollop of cardamon cashew cream.
