Ingredients
  

Apricot Almond Bliss Balls

  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Date Bliss Balls

  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

Apricot Almond Bliss Balls

  • Place almonds into a blender and pulse until roughly chopped
  • Add all other ingredients and pulse until chopped.
  • Using a tablespoon, make balls from the mixture.
  • Place into the fridge to cool for at least one hour before serving.

Date Bliss Balls

  • Place walnuts into a blender and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • Add all other ingredients and pulse until sticky.
  • Using a tablespoon make balls from the mixture.
  • Place into the fridge to cool for at least one hour before serving.
