Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • cup dates pitted
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the walnuts and dates into a food processor and blend until finely ground.
  • Add almond butter and process until well mixed before adding the cocoa.
  • Transfer the mix to a square baking pan lined with baking paper. Use your fingers to press the mix evenly into the pan.
  • Sprinkle with crushed walnuts, pressing them into the mix slightly.
  • Cover and place into the fridge for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
