- 1 cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup dates pitted
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Place the walnuts and dates into a food processor and blend until finely ground.
Add almond butter and process until well mixed before adding the cocoa.
Transfer the mix to a square baking pan lined with baking paper. Use your fingers to press the mix evenly into the pan.
Sprinkle with crushed walnuts, pressing them into the mix slightly.
Cover and place into the fridge for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
