The Amazing Aquafaba Whipped Cream

This whipped cream is a light, fluffy, vegan-friendly topping made from chickpea brine, whipped to perfection for a dairy-free alternative that’s perfect for desserts, drinks, and sweet treats.
- 1 can chickpea chilled
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Drain chickpea liquid (aquafaba) from a can of chickpeas (setting aside the chickpeas) into a large mixing bowl.
Using an electric beater mix the aquafaba until it forms white peaks, slowly add the maple syrup and vanilla essence while still beating.
Serve immediately.
