Tahini Mint Dressing

A creamy, dairy-free alternative perfect for coleslaw or salads. Made with tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, whole-seed mustard, crushed garlic, fresh mint leaves, and water, this simple dressing offers a refreshing, tangy flavor—without any oil, eggs, or dairy.
Course Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or two dates
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic crushed
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a measuring jug
  • Whisk until completely smooth
  • Pour over salad and enjoy
  • TIP: get creative
    This versatile dressing can be pimped up with a wide range of different ingredients. Try adding other fresh herbs like parsley or dill. Incorporate spices like red pepper flakes. Or change the type of mustard used.
