Nice Cream Selection

A naturally sweet, dairy-free delight that’s as colourful as it is refreshing. Made with frozen fruit and nothing else, it’s a guilt-free treat that’s easy to whip up and endlessly customisable. If you haven’t tried it yet, now’s the time—your blender and taste buds will thank you.
Base Ingredients
- 2 rip bananas peeled and frozen
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- water
Options
- ½ punnet strawberries for a strawberry twist
- 1 cup frozen blueberries for a blueberry twist
- 2 cups frozen mango for a mango twist
Add the frozen bananas and vanilla to a blender. Blend on high speed, scraping down the sides until smooth.
If the blender is not getting through the mix, add small amounts of water to help it along.
Now, this is when the imagination starts. You can leave it as a vanilla nice cream, or you can start adding your own flavours.
