Mixed Berry Sorbet

A refreshing, dairy-free sorbet made with frozen mixed berries, maple syrup, and a splash of lime juice. This easy recipe is free from refined sugars and requires no ice cream maker—just blend and enjoy! Perfect for a quick, healthy dessert.
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or three dates
- 1 tsp lime juice
- ¼ cup warm water, if required
Put all ingredients except the water into a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add small amounts of warm water and use a spatula to press down the ingredients to help blend.
Eat immediately or place into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hrs until firm.
