Hibiscus Ice Tea

Hibiscus iced tea is a vibrant, ruby‑red brew with a naturally tart, floral flavour and a refreshing finish. It’s caffeine‑free, lightly fruity, and perfect served chilled on warm days.
- ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers
- hot water
In a large drinks jug, place the dried hibiscus tea, then cover the dried tea with hot water.
Set aside for at least 30 mins for the tea to brew.
Pour the liquid through a sieve into a bowl. Wash out the jug, pour the liquid back into the jug and fill the jug with cold water.
Place into the fridge for use throughout the day.
