ground garam masala

ground turmeric

ground cumin

garlic powder

ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven on bake at 180°C (350°F)
Drain liquid from chickpeas (keep the liquid for aquafaba recipes)
Mix chickpeas in a bowl with Liquid Amino.
Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place mix on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet or silicon sheet and bake for 45mins (stir mix at least once in that time).
Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
