Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup celery diced
  • ¼ cup gherkin diced
  • 1 tsp caper drained
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Put chickpeas in a bowl and mash with a fork roughly, leaving some whole.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix through.
  • Taste and add ingredients where necessary.

Notes

Extra ingredients that can be added
Crushed pineapple, ground flaxseed, chopped mint, parsley, garlic or chives. Finely grated carrot.
