- 1 can chickpeas drained
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp  wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup celery diced
- ¼ cup gherkin diced
- 1 tsp caper drained
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Put chickpeas in a bowl and mash with a fork roughly, leaving some whole.  
-  Add all other ingredients and mix through.  
- Taste and add ingredients where necessary.
