Homemade BBQ Sauce

Catherine BarclayCatherine Barclay
Crafted with diced onion and minced garlic, this homemade BBQ sauce combines crushed tomato and tomato paste with the savoury essence of vegan Worcestershire sauce. Enhanced by the tang of apple cider vinegar and balsamic vinegar, it achieves a delightful depth with molasses and smoked paprika. A touch of miso adds complexity, while liquid smoke elevates the smoky essence, creating a versatile and flavourful sauce for your culinary creations.
