Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashew nuts soak in boiling water for 30 minutes
  • ½ cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Drain cashews and add to a blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Place in a sealed container in the fridge to set.
