Classic summer bean salad made that much more taster.  Very easy to put together and a great addition to the summer salads


2 x 400g tins of Watties Four Beans mix in spring water
1 x 400g tin of  Whole Kernel with No Added Sugar or Salt
1 x small red onion – diced
1 small red capsicum – deseeded and diced (bell pepper)
1 cup of Eta Balsamic Vinaigrette



  1. Drain all tins of beans and corn, place all ingredients into a bowl and gently mix. Chill before serving.

    Garnishing ideas try topping it with some Parsley and/or chilli flakes
